Join a well-established and family-run automotive workshop in Hampshire, as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated motor trade professional to become a vital part of their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a individual who prides themselves on delivering high-quality car servicing and repairs whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £36,000, with an OTE of £38,000
  • Consistent Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5pm, no Saturdays

Duties:
  • Perform MOT tests and service repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
  • Conduct diagnostic work to identify faults accurately
  • Carry out routine maintenance such as brakes, tyres, steering, and suspension work
  • Assist with clamblets and clutch repairs, utilising dedicated specialists when required
  • Cover holidays and absence periods as an MOT Tester and Technician
  • Contribute to the smooth daily running of the workshop and maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Ensure all work adheres to industry safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Must be a certified MOT Tester with Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Proven experience as a Technician and MOT Tester in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work on multiple vehicle systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
