Basic: £29,500
OTE: £38,000
Hours: 42 Hours Per Week - (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive dealership. This role would suit somebody with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and previous parts department experience.

- Supporting workshop operations and vehicle health checks

- Receiving deliveries and processing returns
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and in person
- Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to workshop and retail customers
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good computer system knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
