Car Sales Executive Required for Car Dealership - Bromley 
Pay: £24k Basic - £50k Realistic uncapped OTE 
Hours: 5 days a week over Monday - Saturday - no Sundays

Our client, a reputable family-run dealership in Bromley, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join their team and help meet increasing customer demand. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to excel in a friendly environment while earning a competitive salary and achievable commission.

  • Competitive basic salary of £24,000 depending on experience and targets
  • Performance-based OTE between £40,000 and £60,000

Duties

  • Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner, understanding their vehicle needs
  • Guide customers through the sales process, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels to maximise sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales confidently to meet and exceed targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range and current offers
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience in car sales or similar sales roles is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and meet customer needs
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
