Car Sales Executive Vacancy - Worcester
  • Basic: £25,000
  • OTE: £75,000
  • Hours: 44 Hours Per Week (one day off week and weekend on a rota basis)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Worcester. This role would suit a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Recommending suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Negotiating vehicle sales and finance packages
  • Completing all relevant sales documentation
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous sales experience within the motor trade preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Well-presented and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence required
