Pay: £22k Basic - £50k OTE 
Hours: 5 Days per week - set day off in the week with Sundays on a rota

We are currently seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career within the motor trade and earn uncapped bonus earnings.

Duties

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and showcase vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed information to assist customers in their purchasing decision
  • Negotiate sales and work towards achieving monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the dealership
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities are highly desirable
  • A minimum of 1-2 years showroom experience is preferred
