- Position: Vehicle Technician
- Location: Liverpool
- Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
- OTE: £47,000+ (uncapped bonus potential)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Saturdays: On a rota basis (paid overtime)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-organised workshop within a modern main dealer environment in the Liverpool area.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants consistent workload, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression within a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
- Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Completing mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently
- Performing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
- Ensuring all work is documented accurately and in line with workshop processes
- Working effectively as part of a productive workshop team
Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience in a dealership or independent garage environment
- MOT testing licence desirable but not essential
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven workshop
- Full UK driving licence required
