We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Newbury, Berkshire.

As a Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of six sales executives, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
You will oversee both new and used vehicle sales, providing leadership and strategic direction to maximise sales performance.

- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Financial awareness and the ability to drive sales profitability
- Industry knowledge of new and used vehicle sales processes
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- A full UK driving license
