The business offers a diverse range of services including general servicing, diagnostics, classic car repairs, vintage restorations, and motorsport preparations. Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum with potential to earn up to £38,000 through bonus schemes
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5.30pm
  • Additional earning opportunities through performance-based bonuses

Duties:
  • Front of house Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and service appointments
  • Estimating repairs, scheduling services, and providing clear communication to clients
  • Promoting supplementary services and products to maximise customer value
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle service histories and work completed
  • Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a similar role in the motor trade
  • Sound understanding of automotive services, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional manner with a positive outlook
  • Some interest in cars, motorsport, tuning, or vintage vehicles is advantageous
  • Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively
