We are currently recruiting for the role of Showroom Assistant on behalf of our client in Betchworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a versatile motor trade position that combines customer service, sales support, and front-of-house duties.

As a Showroom Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing an essential link between the sales, service, and customer care teams.

Duties of the Showroom Assistant:
  • Greeting customers and visitors professionally and courteously
  • Assisting with showroom sales activities and customer enquiries

  • Providing excellent customer service to enhance the dealership's reputation
  • Helping to maintain a presentable and welcoming showroom environment
Requirements of the Showroom Assistant:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or motor trade role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and personable with a professional manner
  • Organised with a proactive approach to work
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
