- Position: Car Sales Executive
- Location: Luton
- Basic Salary: £20,000
- OTE: £40,000+ (uncapped commission potential)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Rota'd weekend work
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing sales team at a pivotal time, with strong stock availability, a busy showroom, and excellent earning potential for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Selling new and used vehicles in a busy showroom environment
- Managing customer enquiries (walk-ins, phone, online leads)
- Building strong rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Working closely with the sales management team to maximise opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the buying journey
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (main dealer experience advantageous)
- Familiarity with volume retail sales environments
- A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
- Equally, we are open to ambitious individuals looking to develop into the motor trade
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £40,000+ (approx. 15 units per month target level)
- Performance-based earning potential with no upper limit
- Commission paid on profit-based structure
