We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Parts Advisor on behalf of a reputable dealership in Christchurch, Dorset. Duties:
  • Managing parts sales for retail customers, trade clients, and technicians
  • Assisting the service and workshop team with parts requirements
  • Handling parts stock and order processing
  • Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Conducting weekly parts runs as required, driving licence is essential
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts stock and sales
  • Supporting other dealership departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a parts department or other motortrade role
  • A keen interest in cars or a desire to develop within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
  • Valid driving licence, willing to undertake weekly parts runs
  • Enthusiastic team player eager to learn and grow with the company
