Are you an experienced MOT Tester looking for a new opportunity within a prestigious dealership in Buckinghamshire? Our client, a leading automotive service centre, is seeking a skilled and motivated MOT Tester to join their busy workshop in Aylesbury. If you pride yourself on delivering top-quality vehicle inspections and repairs, this role offers an excellent platform to further your career with one of the most reputable brands in the industry.

Duties:

  • Conducting MOT tests in line with manufacturer and industry standards
  • Performing vehicle health checks and reporting on necessary repairs
  • Carrying out routine vehicle services and minor repairs
  • Inspecting lights, tyres, electrical, and mechanical components
  • Completing detailed and accurate paperwork in line with dealership procedures
  • Supporting vehicle prep and accessory fittings as requested by customers
  • Taking vehicles for road tests to verify repair quality
Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent industry experience
  • Valid MOT licence and full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in vehicle inspections, testing, and basic repairs
  • Self-motivated, supportive team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Ambitious with a desire to enhance skills through manufacturer training
  • Ability to uphold the highest standards of customer service and vehicle care
