Reporting to management, you will oversee post-sale customer service operations, including warranties, complaints, online reviews, customer administration, and vehicle handovers, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience throughout.
The role will also involve coordinating drivers, managing vehicle logistics, and overseeing fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Handling vehicle warranty registrations and claims.
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews.
- Coordinating vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver schedules.
- Managing fleet servicing, maintenance, and repair schedules.
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration.
- Producing reports on customer satisfaction and operational activity.
