A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Used Car Sales Controller at our client's multi-franchise-approved car dealership in Chippenham.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support and oversee the daily running of the Sales Department.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving targets and maximising profitability.
- Manage and motivate the car sales team.
- Help close deals and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure finance, compliance, and FCA procedures are followed.
- Monitor stock, pricing, and vehicle preparation processes.
Strong recent experience in a similar car sales controller/supervisory/management role would be preferred; however, our client will consider candidates with strong senior car sales experience looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and have strong leadership and communication skills. You will become the role model for our client, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
