  • Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new opportunity in Truro, Cornwall? Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their busy dealership, working exclusively on passenger cars for a well-established main dealership. This role offers a fantastic chance to work in a professional environment with a reputable brand, where your expertise will be highly valued.

  • OTE up to £36,000 with bonus structure

  • Working hours from approximately 8am to 5.30pm, with alternative shifts between 8am to 5pm and half-eight to half-five
  • Half a Saturday shift on a four-week rotation, 8am to 1pm, with salary included for Saturday work
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Servicing and repairing a wide range of passenger cars to manufacturer standards
  • Carrying out diagnostics and vehicle fault analysis
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Completing all associated documentation and reports accurately
  • Working efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets
  • Contributing positively to the team environment
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a minimum of two years’ workshop experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Motivated to provide top quality service
  • Previous experience working within a dealership environment is preferred
