- Perform MOT testing as required
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
- Proven experience as a Technician in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications, including MOT Tester certification
- Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
