Our client, a well-established Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Mansfield, is looking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator to join their busy and professional Service Department.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Aftersales Administrator:
  • Processing job cards accurately and efficiently
  • Chasing order numbers and raising invoices
  • Assisting with the submission and administration of warranty claims
  • Reviewing job cards and gathering supporting evidence for manufacturer systems
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and dealership procedures
  • Supporting the Service Department with general administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Working closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure smooth departmental operations
What Our Client Expects from Their Aftersales Administrator:
  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Motor trade, dealership, or service department experience would be advantageous
  • Mechanical knowledge would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Experience using Keyloop, Kerridge, or 1Link systems would be advantageous
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
