We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established automotive retail group in Bolton. This is a fantastic chance for an individual with a strong background in the retail motor trade to lead a busy service department, optimise operational performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
As the Aftersales Manager, you will take charge of the efficient running of the service department while driving profitability and maintaining high standards across all service operations. - Previous experience in the retail motor trade at a managerial level
- Strong technical knowledge of service department operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation is desirable
- Technical or engineering qualifications are advantageous
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a Service Manager or similar role
- Minimum of two years' motor trade experience is required
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
