Our client, a fast-growing national automotive business, is looking to recruit a Fast Fit Technician to join their busy workshop team in Ripley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with experience in tyres, brakes, servicing, and general mechanical repairs to join a company that offers excellent training, development, and long-term career progression.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Fast Fit Technician:
  • Carry out tyre fitting and tyre repairs to a high standard
  • Complete brake, exhaust, and suspension repairs
  • Undertake basic servicing and maintenance work
  • Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements
  • Complete all job documentation accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in a clean and presentable condition
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times
  • Support the workshop team in delivering industry-leading service standards
What Our Client Expects from Their Fast Fit Technicians:
  • NVQ Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent Automotive qualification
  • Experience carrying out fast fit repairs including tyres, brakes, exhausts, and servicing
  • Good mechanical knowledge across a range of vehicle makes and models
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
