We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Dorchester, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive sales professional eager to further their career within a well-established dealer group.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum
- Potential to earn an OTE of up to £50,000 annually
- Guaranteed commission for the first three months to support your earning potential
- Monday to Friday 5 day working pattern, including Saturdays from 08:30 to 17:00
- Closed on Sundays
- Providing first-class customer service to all clients and prospects
- Managing the full sales process from greeting to sale closure
- Demonstrating vehicle features and technical specifications effectively
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Full UK driving license is essential
