Are you an experienced Aftersales Advisor looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a reputable dealership in Dorchester, Dorset, is currently seeking a skilled Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and wants to contribute to a high-performing aftersales department.

  • Starting salary of circa £26,000.00 per annum possibly more depending on experience with uncapped personal commission

Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone
  • Manage service and repair bookings professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records within the Dealer Management System
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
  • Promote additional aftersales products and services when appropriate
  • Drive customer retention, service sales and departmental performance
  • Complete all administration, invoicing and warranty documentation accurately
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an automotive aftersales or service advisor role is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy dealership environment
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
