We are currently recruiting for the position of Estimator / VDA on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Redhill, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with relevant experience to join a well-established team and progress within the motor trade.

Duties

  • Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Collaborate with the owner and a small team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Adapt and respond to various project or repair requirements
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
