A rare opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant to join our client’s multi-franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend representing multiple forward thinking franchises.

Reporting directly to the Financial Director and others on the Board of Directors, in this role, you will be considered a senior member of staff within our client's business, and your key responsibilities will include managing monthly accounts, maintaining cash flow sheets, completing payroll for our clients team of management and family and to supervisor the Sales/Purchase Ledger team and other line managers. 

To be eligible for the role you will need to be a fully qualified, Chartered or Certified, Accountant who is highly organised and self-motivated with good communication and numeracy skills. You will have previously overseen an Accounts Department with several team members and be accustomed to managing and delegating accordingly. The successful applicant will have experience in the automotive industry, and you will have a good understanding of computerised accounts using a DMS along with exporting, manipulating, and presenting reports in Microsoft Excel. The ideal Management Accountant will be expected to maintain strong balance sheet control measures, along with overseeing intercompany reconciliation another related business.
