Duties of the MOT Tester:
  • Conduct accurate and thorough MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
  • Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with legal requirements
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for each vehicle tested
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical advice where needed
  • Support the workshop team to uphold the highest standards of service
Requirements:
  • Valid, current DVSA MOT Testing licence is essential
  • Clean, valid UK driving licence
  • Proven experience as an MOT Tester, with a strong understanding of vehicle safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
