We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician on behalf of our client based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to join a reputable dealership and further develop their career as an HGV Technician.

Benefits:
  • £44,200 Salary 
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm
  • NO weekends
  • Independent Commercial Vehicle Family Run Workshop
  • Previous Experience As HGV Technician Required
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided as required
Duties:
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs)
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
  • Carrying out vehicle inspections according to industry standards
  • Ensuring all work is completed to company and legal compliance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice where needed
Individual Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of heavy vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid HGV licence is desirable but not essential
