- Basic salary from £28089
- Monday to Friday working hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday mornings on a rota, 8.30am to 1.00pm

- Greeting customers and managing service bookings from start to finish
- Advising customers on recommended work, timescales and service options
- Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure jobs are booked in accurately and progressed efficiently
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Raising invoices and ensuring job cards and paperwork are completed correctly
- Monitoring service department workflow to help achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Previous experience in a similar service advisor role within a main dealer or independent garage
- A confident, customer-focused communication style
- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail when handling job details and service documentation
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn, grow and progress
