- Location: Coventry
- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £48,000)
- Hours: Monday – Friday (45 hours per week) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on light commercial vehicles
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
- Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
- Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong experience working within a workshop or dealership environment
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working on LCVs is desirable
- MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
