We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our client in Dorchester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships, hitting targets, and earning a generous on-target income.

Benefits:
  • £18,000 basic salary
  • £50,000 OTE with a clear route to higher earnings
  • Guaranteed commission for the first three months to support you as you settle in
  • Monday to Friday working pattern with set weekend hours
  • Five day week with no Sunday working
Duties:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to support consistent sales performance
  • Manage sales enquiries and progress opportunities through to completion
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using a focused and consultative approach
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a smooth buying experience
  • Represent the business professionally, delivering an excellent standard of service at all times
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or a closely related sales environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proven sales ability, with a genuine drive to achieve targets
  • Confidence in managing customer conversations and progressing deals
  • A professional attitude and commitment to delivering quality service
