PDI Technician Required for Car Dealership in Bexley, South London
Pay: Up to £38,000 Basic Salary with £44,000 OTE 
Hours: Monday - Friday 45 hours per week + Saturday mornings on a rota basis  PDI Vehicle Technician required for a busy Car Dealership in Bexley, South London. This is a great opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified technician to carry out Pre Delivery Inspections, support vehicle preparation and help ensure every handover is safe, compliant and ready for customers making them retail ready.

Duties

  • Complete Pre Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both fleet and customer vehicles
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks including oil and filter changes, using digital write-ups and job cards
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant, safe and prepared to a high standard prior to customer delivery
  • Follow workshop processes to support consistent quality, efficiency and safe working practices
  • Work as part of a team to meet vehicle preparation targets and maintain standards across the dealership
Requirements

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to PDIs and basic service work
  • A strong team approach, with the ability to follow process and uphold safety and quality standards
  • Confidence using iPads and digital workshop systems
  • A genuine willingness to learn and progress, with enthusiasm for developing manufacturer accreditation
