We are recruiting a Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Christchurch. This is a customer-focused role where you will manage service enquiries, support workshop planning, and help deliver a smooth aftersales experience from first contact to final handover.

Benefits

Basic salary starting at £26,000 with bonus and upsell commission
OTE of £30,000
Monday to Friday hours with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota
Supportive working environment within a dealership team

Duties

Be the first point of contact for customers with service and aftersales enquiries
Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate with the service team to keep jobs running on time
Deliver upselling opportunities in a professional, customer-first manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer communication is clear and timely
Manage job progress updates and support with customer follow-ups where required

Requirements

Proven experience in a motor trade environment
Confidence in delivering excellent customer care while maintaining dealership standards
Strong upsell and communication skills to help increase profitability without compromising trust
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
Good IT skills and experience using dealer systems
