We are seeking a Engine Fitter / Vehicle Technician to join our Client’s niche Independent Automotive Garage in the Sunbury on Thames area.

Our Client is a Family-Run Independent Garage with a long-standing history and don't tend to recruit staff very often. However, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Technician / Engine Fitter who's interested in becoming part of the family.

Our client’s focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with all the support you'll ever need on a daily basis.

Our Client is offering the successful Technician / Engine Fitter:
  • Up To £40,000 Salary Depending On Experience
  • Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm ONLY
  • NO Weekends
  • Independent Garage Specialising In Engine Fitting / Stripping / Clutches / Cambelts - Big Jobs!
  • Family Run Business - Close-Knit Working Environment In The Workshop
  • Must Be Confident & Competent With Engines, Timing Belts, Clutches, Welding

Duties of an Technician / Engine Fitter with our Client:
  • Carrying out service & repair checks
  • Diagnosis and Fault-Finding
  • Fitting engines in all different vehicles
  • Completion of work assigned in a timely manner, to company standards
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Technician / Engine Fitter:
  • Previous experience as a Technician (Main Dealer or Independent background)
  • Full Qualified Technicians advantageous although 'time served' Technicians with a stable background will also be considered
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
