Our client, a prestigious Commercial Main Dealer in Southampton, Hampshire, is looking to recruit a dedicated Service Advisor to join their vibrant team. Key duties of the Service Advisor role:
  • Managing customer vehicle service bookings efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and service documentation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business
Requirements for the Service Advisor position:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a automotive dealership or workshop
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes (beneficial but not essential)
  • Friendly, professional manner and the ability to work under pressure
