We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a leading automotive dealership located in Brentford, West London. If you have a passion for the motor trade and are seeking a new opportunity in a vibrant dealership environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers
  • Managing parts orders, including processing purchase orders and invoicing
  • Responding promptly to parts enquiries via phone and in person
  • Distributing parts efficiently to the workshop and other departments
  • Delivering parts to the workshop and checking incoming and outgoing stock
  • Preparing relevant documentation such as delivery notes and issue sheets
  • Handling, protecting, and packaging parts to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock control processes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector is essential
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office and dealership management systems like Kerridge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A manual driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential
  • A positive attitude and a team-focused approach
