Join our client's team as a Business Manager in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to take the next step in their career within a dynamic automotive environment. The Business Manager will play a key role in managing the sales and finance functions, contributing to the ongoing success of the dealership.

Duties:
  • Managing daily enquiry management and vehicle sales process
  • Selling finance and insurance products effectively to maximise profit
  • Rotating Business Manager responsibilities within the team, acting as a true Business Manager or experienced sales professional looking to step up
  • Supporting the sales team with training and mentorship where appropriate
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Achieving key targets for both vehicle sales and finance package penetration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within the automotive sales or finance sector, preferably as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or experienced Sales Manager
  • Strong sales track record with the ability to step into a management role if required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work flexibly including weekends on a rota basis
