Motorcycle Sales Consultant Required in Weybridge for Motorcycle Dealership!

Pay: £24,600 Basic + £45k Realistic On Target earnings
Hours: Monday - Saturday showroom hours with a day off in the week 

Are you a passionate and experienced sales professional with a keen interest in motorcycles? We are currently assisting a reputable motorcycle dealership in Weybridge in their search for a dedicated Motorcycle Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your career within the motor trade industry.

  • Genuine on target earnings of up to £45,000 annually

Duties:
  • Engage with customers and build long lasting relationships
  • Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
  • ith customers to understand their motorcycle buying needs
  • Present motorcycles and accessories effectively to secure sales
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to finalisation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets to maximise earnings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Motorcycle Sales Executive, Sales Executive, or Trainee Sales Executive
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of current models preferred
  • Professional, confident, and personable approach
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
