Parts Advisor Required for Car Dealership in Crawley 
Pay: Up to £32k Basic + £3k OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota 

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This role offers the chance to work within a well-established automotive group, providing excellent career progression and competitive compensation.

Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum plus achievable bonus of around £3,000, taking total earnings to approximately £35,000
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays to enjoy quality time off
  • Monday to Friday working hours 8am to 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break
  • Rotational Saturday mornings (1 in 4) from 9am to 1pm
Duties

  • Assisting customers with parts purchases, ensuring excellent level of service
  • Managing parts stock and procurement to meet workshop needs
  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised parts department
  • Supporting the workshop and service team with parts requirements
  • Providing expert advice on parts and accessories to customers
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to a busy dealership environment
