We are currently recruiting a Workshop Supervisor for our Luxury Sports & Classic Car Client in Hatfield. This is an amazing opportunity for an Automotive Aftersales professional who is looking to progress in their career, working for a a well-established, and highly respected Specialist. 
 
Our Client is offering the successful Workshop Supervisor:
  • Up To £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Luxury / Sports / Classical Car Business
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 Saturday Morning In 8 (10am - 2pm)
  • Proven Successful Stable Track Record Within Prestige / Sports / Classical Car Workshop Management Role
Duties of a successful Workshop Supervisor with our Client:
  • Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
  • The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
  • You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
For this Workshop Supervisor role you will need:
  • Previous experience of working within the Motor Trade, preferably having a Workshop Controller background leading a team of Technicians
  • Have an enviable and proven track record of performance.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • The ability and willingness to lead a busy workshop team and to be able to maximise performance.
