  • Salary: Up to £24.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Bonus
  • Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday | Flexible Start & Finish Times Between 7:30am – 5:30pm
Our client, one of the UK's leading accident repair groups, is looking to recruit an experienced MET Technician to join their busy body-shop in Hinckley. Roles and Responsibilities as a MET Technician:
  • Carry out the removal and refitting of mechanical, electrical, and trim components on accident-damaged vehicles
  • Complete repairs in line with manufacturer methods and repair standards
  • Diagnose and replace damaged vehicle components as required
  • Support ADAS-related repairs and calibration where necessary
  • Maintain accurate repair records and job documentation
  • Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction
What Our Client Expects from Their MET Technicians:
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician, Strip & Fit Technician, or Vehicle Technician within a body-shop environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
