- Conduct vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring 100% compliance with company procedures
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
- Support the warranty process and assist the team in delivering excellent customer service
- Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
- MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
