Are you a skilled Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Knowsley? Our client, an established independent used car supermarket with a strong community presence, is looking to appoint a motivated Service Advisor to join their professional team. This role offers a competitive basic salary with potential for bonus earnings and a supportive working environment focused on delivering excellent customer service.
Benefits:
- Basic salary £28,000 depending on experience
- OTE around £30,000 per annum
- Bonus schemes linked to performance
- Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 17:00
- Work on a rota of one in two Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00
- Providing proactive and professional service to customers arranging vehicle service, maintenance, or repair bookings
- Liaising extensively with the workshop team to monitor progress
- Communicating with customers throughout their vehicle’s service journey
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Arranging courtesy vehicles to enhance customer experience
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of automotive processes and customer service standards
- Valid UK driving licence
