We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client in Indian Queens.

This is a premium opportunity for knowledgeable and experienced motor trade professionals to join a busy dealership's expanding service department.

The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform heavy diagnostic repairs on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring precise fault finding
  • Conduct service and repair work following manufacturer standards
  • Utilise Level 3 NVQ qualification to deliver consistently high standards of workmanship
  • Assist with MOT testing (MOT licence advantageous but not essential)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out
  • Communicate repair findings effectively to colleagues and customers
  • Keep updated on advances in automotive technology and repair procedures
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a focus on diagnostics
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance NVQ qualification (mandatory)
  • MOT Licence desirable but not essential
  • Ideally a heavy diagnostic technician; however, Service Technicians interested in training and development will be considered
  • Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume environment
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
