- Pay: £24k Basic - £50k Realistic uncapped OTE
- Hours: 5 days a week over Monday - Saturday - no Sundays

- Guide customers through the sales process, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Proactively generate leads through various channels to maximise sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales confidently to meet and exceed targets
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range and current offers
- Previous experience in car sales or similar sales roles is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
