  • Position: MET Technician 
  • Location: Daventry 
  • Competitive Salary, dependant upon experience

An established and growing accident repair centre in Daventry is looking to recruit an experienced MET Technician or Panel Beater to join its professional workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-equipped bodyshop that takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Whether you're an experienced MET Technician specialising in mechanical, electrical and trim work, or a skilled Panel Beater with strong structural repair experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Stripping and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components.
  • Completing body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work.
  • Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required.
  • Working closely with estimators, vehicle damage assessors and the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician, Panel Beater or in a similar accident repair role.
  • IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individuals. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on electric vehicles would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
