Salary: From £13.52 per hour
Hours: Full-Time - Monday – Friday   

Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail? Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Stratford-upon-Avon, supporting the smooth processing of vehicle sales and stock management.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established automotive business offering long-term career prospects, excellent benefits and ongoing training.

What you'll be doing:
  • Processing vehicle purchases and preparation.
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records.
  • Updating and managing vehicle databases.
  • Building relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and documentation.
  • Assisting with the efficient supply and movement of vehicles.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor trade.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience using Dealer Management Systems such as Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
