We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Duties

  • Managing the service process from initial customer contact to job completion
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance options
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate service records
  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
