We are currently seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join a busy workshop in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable team and enjoy a competitive salary along with a supportive working environment. The ideal individual will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a Level 3 qualification, and hold a valid MOT licence. Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £38,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Conduct MOT inspections efficiently and accurately
- Perform light technical work and vehicle servicing as required
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and legal requirements
- Maintain and update vehicle records accurately
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
- MOT Tester qualification with a valid MOT licence
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle technicians or MOT testing
- Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and team player attitude
