We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent garage looking for a motivated Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their professional team. - Competitive basic salary range of £38,000 to £44,000 depending on skills and qualifications
- Achievable OTE of up to £50,000
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm (50 hours per week), providing a healthy work-life balance with no weekend work

- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks such as brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts or chains
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics
- Carry out MOT testing for classes 4 and 7 (if MOT qualified)
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Support continuous personal and professional development
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT licence preferred but not essential
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Enthusiasm for working on a variety of vehicle brands and models
