  • Position: MOT Tester 
  • Location: Rushden
  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: Up to £40,000
  • Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a weekday off)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified MOT Tester to join a busy and well-established automotive service centre in Rushden. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive team with excellent earning potential, genuine career progression and an outstanding benefits package.

As an MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards, ensuring every vehicle is tested accurately and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting MOT tests to the highest professional standards.
  • Explaining test results clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Advising on any repairs or remedial work required.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the testing process.
  • Supporting the workshop team with general duties when required.
  • Helping maintain a safe, efficient and organised working environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid MOT Tester Licence.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
