  • Working Hours: 5-day working week (including weekends on a rota)
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their busy main dealership in Leicester. What you'll be doing:
  • Guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to handover
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prospecting for new business through telephone activity, events and product launches
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and following up enquiries
  • Developing strong product knowledge through manufacturer training
  • Promoting finance, service plans and additional products where appropriate
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • A confident and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction
  • Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
