We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving vehicle sales.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £100,000 including bonuses and commissions
  • Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota

Duties:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise vehicle sales
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and external partners
  • Provide expert financial guidance to customers to support their buying decisions
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and industry standards
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective team leadership
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of finance products and credit options
  • Ability to build rapport and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Full UK driving license
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes and compliance regulations
